Forord
My name is Armando Vera, originally from Mexico City. Growing up in a country where Mexican gastronomy was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the UN is an amazing honor. And I guess that’s were my passion for food comes from and therefore I decided to persue a carrier in this industry.
I have live and work in Canada, USA, Dubai, Ireland, France, Italy and Denmark all these countries have now an influence in my cooking. I keep learning and trying new cuisines, flavors which I keep integrating in my ideas to please my guest.
In 2017 I had stand at the Westmarket street food with an open kitchen which I never experience before and it changed everything for me once I realized how great it was to make food in front of my guest and I never looked back, ever since I’ve been doing private events, dinners and cooperations with Copenhagen Dinning Week, Copenhagen Cooking, Kitchen Collective and Copehagen Cooking Class besides other local arrangements in the city.
