I grew up in Patagonia, in the southern part of Chile and moved away from home at the age of 19. Since then, I have been traveling the world and working in top-tier establishments. My experience spans all kinds of Michelin-starred restaurants, including almost 2 years at Noma, and I later maintaining my own Michelin star at Restaurant Studio in Copenhagen for 2 years.

Det var fantastisk! Damian og hans team var utroligt venlige, og maden var absolut lækker. Hver eneste person til festen var imponeret over madens og servicenens kvalitet. Vi anbefaler Damian og hans team 1000%!

We paid *DKK 1400 per head* for this dinner and have used Chefme several times before. Unfortunately, the food took absolutely ages to be served. The guests were left just holding a wine glass in between courses for a very long periods of time. The hosts kept having to check in with the Chef to figure out when the food was going to be served as the timing was very badly done. Additionally, the main was not sized appropriately. The chicken portion was absolutely tiny and not enough for adults. This was despite us clearly stating this in the communication prior to the booking. We have used Chefme several times previously and have been very happy with the service & this is the first time that we're coming across this type of issue. It gives the impression that the Chef did not appear very well prepared for the dinner. At this Price point we expected a much more professional service where guests were not waiting for food for ages in between servings. All guests noticed the inordinate delays in between courses. The Chef was good with communication and was friendly and punctual, but unfortunately what counts most is the delivery of the food and the food was not on point for this type of dinner.

Damian fik en svær opgave af mig. Bestemt mad (noget tæt på umuligt at skaffe med kort deadline), som skulle passe præcist til meget alvorlig vin.
Og det gik som smurt - redelig kommunikation fra start til slut.
